Michael Tomasz (Maciej Minkiewicz), Founder

When I first got into recruiting in 2006, I had no idea what to expect. It wasn’t a career path I had considered until then but when it found me it immediately felt like it would be a perfect match for the skills I had previously not fully known what to do with. My mentor at the time said that in this business you had to be like Emerson, Lake and Palmer, all in one person…and he was right.

 

I was born in England, grew up in Germany and my parents are both Polish. My cross-cultural background and previous work experience in industries including telecommunications, publishing and luxury goods have given me an advantage when working in a trade which requires an ability to understand the breadth and depth of various sectors and connect the often complex needs of international clients with those of highly skilled candidates.

 

I approach my work with a great deal of dedication, integrity, sensibility and a positive approach and I started therecruitingproject with the goal of sharing those values with the people I work with now and with the new ones I look forward to working with for many years to come.
